Digital Products

Because our digital products are delivered instantly, we don’t offer refunds on digital downloads. But if you’re having trouble accessing your files or something doesn’t look right, just shoot us an email at writeonworkshops@gmail.com—we’re happy to help and will make sure you get what you need.

Printed & Shipped Products

If your printed or boxed items arrive damaged, are incorrect, or gets lost in the mail, we’ve got you covered! Just reach out to us at writeonworkshops@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a quick photo if the item is damaged.

If a return is needed, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label so you don’t have to worry about the cost.

We’re not able to offer refunds for things like changing your mind or entering the wrong shipping address, so double-check everything before placing your order.
